Neighbor's Pet

Unfinished! Pets need exercise, but is he up to the task? If only he hadn't invited her to take a walk on him.
[...]

"You can take her for a walk, but we can't pay you."

"Not a problem. It's on me!", I said. Looking back I should've maybe phrased it differently. What followed shortly after hurt. A lot.

Mikaela looked down at me. I couldn't see her face, but I felt her disappointment through her heels digging into my body. "You said it's on you, but there's obviously not enough space to take a walk."
I wasn't able to respond. She was just too heavy. She shifted her weight left and right. I was barely able to breathe.

"I guess I could march on the spot for a while. My owners gave me to you for two hours and I'll be sure to make it count." After saying that she started marching and I felt like a piece of dough being knead thoroughly.

It wasn't as painful as it looked and thanks to her moving around I could get more air than when she was continuously crushing my chest. After about half an hour she suddenly stepped off. My body was tingly and numb, but it felt kinda good. I thought to myself that this must be the so called deep tissue massage I've heard about. I tried to get up, but my body refused to move.

She returned after a while. I still haven't managed to get up. I immediately felt her boot on my chest and her shifting all her weight on it without hesitation. She was nomming on a sandwich.

"You know, this isn't half bad. I can stay at home, still get my exercise and the kitchen is right there. I'll tell my owners that we should do this every day. What do you think?"

I couldn't respond.

"I'll take that as a yes."

She started marching again. Marching and eating...
